Keystone Bluff’s team is passionate about cannabis, and we’re eager to share it through our work. Gardening with cannabis is a special joy and we hope that our passion inspires others to tend to remarkable gardens of their own. 

 

Jason Costa, Chief Executive Officer 

NYU Stern School of Business, B.S., Management, International Business 

 

In 2010, Jason launched The Costa Group, a boutique PR and communications firm serving the legal industry. Jason is the co-founder of the arts and publishing enterprise, Casa de Costa, and chairs the board of I’m From Driftwood, an LGBTQ+ non-profit. As Chief Executive Officer, Jason will lead major business decisions, determine asset allocation and manage relationships with investors and other strategic partners.

Columbia University, B.A., Sociology

 

Josh spent the past twenty years as a photographer, artist and arts entrepreneur in Los Angeles and New York. Prior to this, he served in an elite unit of the US Marines. Along with Jason, he co-founded Casa de Costa. In his role as Chief Brand Officer, Josh will lead our brand strategy including marketing, advertising and customer experience.

Justin Fortanascio, Chief Operations Officer

Fordham University, B.A., History

 

Justin is an avid horticulturist and cannabis expert. Justin’s previous professional background includes roles at The Salvation Army and Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History. He has managed business operations for The Costa Group since 2013. In his role as Chief Operations Officer, Justin will oversee all aspects of our cultivation and manufacturing.
